Vandals defaced a war memorial in the Park of Glory, Kiev. The Eternal Flame was filled with cement. The police are looking for the hooligans. A passer-by reported on the accident. We can see in these photos that the fire bowl of the monument is filled with cement, as well as metal framing. Black buckets with the rest of cement are scattered about the bowl.

It hasn't been the first time when such an action takes place. In April, unidentified men stole bronze parts of the monument. They are still not found.
