Today, DPR authorities got their hands on thousands of secret documents and ciphers used by Ukraine's intelligence agencies. A Lt. Colonel from Ukraine's NSA equivalent crossed over to the Donbass side. He got tired of hearing lies about the war. Also today, the DPR's General Attorney's Office passed recently discovered debris to the Netherlands. The debris is from Malaysia Airlines flight MH17. Here's Aleksandr Sladkov with the report.

The General Attorney's office passed human remains along with debris to the Netherlands' humanitarian mission. In the middle of the day, the hotel that hosts the Donetsk Republic's OSCE mission received an unexpected guest — a van. The van, which was filled with boxes of evidence regarding MH17, was unloaded by the General Attorney's office staff members.

Patrick Lancaster, a US journalist, who gathered this evidence, told us, "I've waited for this for a long time."

Patrick Lancaster, a US journalist: "Yes, for the past 3 years, I've been visiting the location of the MH-17 crash. I wanted to investigate what really happened and bring those facts to the world. Every year, I saw parts of the plane where human remains have been left behind. Nobody has been to the crash site more than me, not one journalist. I am doing everything I can to help the families of the victims".

The General Attorney's Office staff were welcomed by Aleksandr Hug himself, the OSCE representative in Ukraine, along with Klaas Valk, the head of the Netherlands humanitarian mission.

Roman Belous, head of the DPR General Attorney's Office: "We have data that proves that the Buk missile was launched from Zaroshchenskaya, which was controlled by Ukrainian militants on June 17. Supposedly, the division of the 156 regiment of the Ukraine's missile defense was located there".

At the same time, in a different part of Donetsk, Roman Labusov met with journalists. He was in charge of Ukraine's encryption services section, which dealt with the Donetsk region. He crossed over to the DPR side this week, carrying documents and cipher keys with him. Because of his clearance level, they already call him the Ukrainian Snowden.

Roman Labusov, former encryption specialist: "We had orders to gather "facts" that would alter the information on who did it. Also, creating misinformation, that was the primary goal of our so-called "investigation".

The Dutch have thanked the DPR General Attorney's office for the help, which will likely help identify the remains of those lost on that fateful Boeing.
