On Christmas Eve, Zhirinovsky Calls on the Christians of the World to Unite

Today, Catholics and Protestants are having Christmas Eve. On this day, people decorate the Christmas tree and gather at the festive table with the whole family.

The main celebrations will be held today in Moscow, in the cathedral at Malaya Gruzinskaya.

Today, the leader of the Liberal Democrats Vladimir Zhirinovsky met with the representatives of the Protestant youth community and congratulated them on the Christmas holidays.

Vladimir Zhirinovsky: "I wish this holiday became one for us, I wish we came back to the Gregorian calendar, I wish all those institutions related to the authorities, the church, and society, which existed and are being created, were restored. So, we'll find a common ground with the scale of the whole country.

Only we, the LDPR, have always protected the church in the Parliament. And not only our church, I mean all the branches of the Orthodox church in Russia, but we've always protected the Christians of the whole world".
