The explosion in Kiev near the TV Espresso HQ has been qualified as a terror attack by the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs. One person died and another 4 received injuries. It is thought that the explosion came from the motorcycle, parked by the roadside. One of the injured is a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, Igor Moseichuk.

 

His security guard, a 30-year-old policeman, died.
