Now, look at the screen behind me. For the 7th time, Moscow opens a week of light-and-sound stands, laser shows, and fireworks. This is the beloved by Moscow residents Circle of Light festival.

On the screen, you can see the live scenes from the Bolshoi Theater. We'll show you how it all began. On the 50th anniversary of the Ostankino Tower, the skies were lit by fireworks and laser shows. The tower tried on unusual lit outfits.

The combination of pyrotechnics, illumination, and sound is mesmerizing. This is the festival's opening. As you can partly see on the Theater Square, on the Bolshoi and Maly facades, there are light shows, based on famous plays, where Ostrovsky, Gogol, and Chekhov come to life.

In Tsaritsino, there was a dancing fountain show. Special lighting, musical accompaniment from the plays by Glinka, Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev. For more information, check out the schedule on the Circle of Light official website.
