"Russian Piss Dossier". Scandal Implodes On Hillary and Democratic Party

The number one news in the US today is that the scandal around the Russia dossier and Moscow's alleged tampering with the American election was actually orchestrated and paid for by the Democratic Party. The investigation was published by The Washington Post as a gift for Hillary Clinton's birthday. Today, she turned 70. For a year, Clinton was denying her involvement in the fake stories about the Russian trace. Explaining why even her own people don't trust her anymore is Aleksander Khristenko from the US.
The attempts to go through Donald Trump's dirty laundry brought an unusual result. Turns out, it belongs to a woman. According to The Washington Post, the so-called Russia dossier showing Russia's meddling in the American election was paid for by Hillary Clinton's people and the Democratic National Committee. The report shows that in April 2016, 7 months before the US presidential election, the Democratic Committee, through its lawyer Marc Elias, retained a Washington firm, Fusion GPS, who in its turn, charged Christopher Steel, a former officer of the British intelligence MI6, with digging up dirt on Trump. The total operation cost amounted to $6 million. And that's how the 35-page Russia dossier came to life, an info bomb dropped on Trump by the Democrats at the height of the presidential race.
"One more wall crumpled. Now we know who paid for it."
Donald Trump, US President: "Who could that be? I think I know but let them figure it out themselves. And don't forget, Hillary Clinton denied everything, like "I don't know anything." And now it all re-surfaced".
Interestingly, Fusion GPS opposed the Congress investigation till the end and even tried to get a court ruling not to disclose its financial documents. It failed.
The person behind the Russia dossier, Christopher Steel, is also interesting. He served in the British intelligence for 20 years. In the 1990's, he was stationed at the British Embassy in Moscow. After returning to London, he worked with the fugitive FSB officer, Alexander Litvinenko.
Steel has created an image of an expert in Russian affairs and built a successful career. Hillary Clinton claims she didn't know about the dossier being prepared on Trump. Hillary Clinton said it wasn't her.
- Do you believe her?
Brad Blakeman, former advisor to George W. Bush: "Of course, not. It's the Clintons' version of Catch me if you can. Bill Clinton denied his relationship with Lewinsky. Hillary denied the e-mail scandal. Now Congress has to make the next move".Hillary Clinton turned 70 today. Time to look back, and it doesn't bode well for the birthday girl. A spectacular fail at the election. And her 4-year term as the Secretary of State will be remembered by the invasion of Libya and the barbaric execution of Gaddafi: "We came, we saw, he died".
Now, to explain her failures, Clinton throws around accusations, mostly, of course, at Russia, but never at herself.
Hillary Clinton: "Women are seen favorably when they advocate for others. It really bothers me, and as I wrote in my book, people only love me when I play a supporting role. Think about that".
Many people in Washington did. There are calls to create a committee to investigate her actions. Hillary Clinton wanted to make history, but in the end the only thing standing between her and political oblivion is the trail of multiple scandals.
