So-called independent investigators have once again found a Russian trail in the downing of a Malaysian Airlines Boeing over Donbass.

The report by Dmitry Petrov.

A new claim made by Dutch investigators can't even be called a version because it is totally contradictory to what actually happened. Even now, the Dutch report doesn't indicate where the Buk missile came from. They're just being persistent in accusing Russia.

Wilbert Paulsen, head of the investigation: "The Joint Investigation Team concluded that the BUK that shot down Boeing MH17 belonged to the 53rd Anti-Aircraft Rocket Brigade, part of the Russian armed forces based in Kursk. In 2014, this brigade consisted of three operational battalions."

In accordance with military science, a battalion cannot be operational under any circumstances, only tactical, which shows the level of competency of the Dutch investigators. All conclusions based on blurry photos, footage of supposedly intercepted negotiations held by alleged Russian mercenaries, and inferences made by fake investigators from Bellingcat. There's still a lack of forensic evidence. There's neither a launch site nor any photos of any Russian servicemembers that were supposedly involved. The Russian Ministry of Defense made an official statement in this regard.

"None of the Russian Army’s air defense missile systems ever crossed the Russia-Ukraine border. Moreover, all the telemetric data received by the Utyos-T radar station was passed to the international investigative group. The station was operating in the Rostov region near the village of Oust-Donetsk on July 17, 2014".

Here is the Utyos-T radar station. Its data refuted the 2016 version of the international investigation. It can detect even the smallest object in the atmosphere at a range of up to 360 km. Grabovo is a mere 200 km away; obviously, it detected the aircraft perfectly. No missiles approached the Boeing from the eastern side, where militias were located at the time.

Igor Korotchenko, military expert: "At the moment of the crash, Ukrainian air defense systems were deployed to the area. They left the region the day after the tragedy".

There is enough evidence that the fateful launch was made from the outskirts of Zaroshenskoe, where Ukrainian troops were deployed on July 17, 2014. This is an objectively-verified fact. Here are the firing positions on the outskirts of Shakhtersk, and behind the lines are the firing positions of the BUKs. All of this was recorded by our military satellites. A few days before the crash, Ukrainian TV channels boasted that their anti-missile systems had full control of the region. And this only demonstrates that Ukraine had BUKs, some of which were in the Zaroshenskoe region.

- Do you remember July 17th?

- It was impossible to even get here; wasn't allowed. There were UKROP (Ukrainian) forces in the region; this was their approximate location. We could see their vehicle and radar.

Almaz-Antey Concern, the manufacturer of the Buk missile systems, conducted several experiments. They simulated a missile strike on the Boeing's fuselage according to the forensic evidence of the damage. According to experts, the launch of the missile was most likely made from the area of Zaroshchensky.

A former Ukrainian officer told Vesti about this two years ago.

"Some contract soldiers came, they were... not too bright. In the evening, you could ask them, 'What's up, guys? What did you bring?' — 'We transported a Buk.' — 'Where?' — 'Where?' — 'Over there'".

Judging by the shrapnel traces, the Boeing was hit with an outdated missile which was removed from service long ago in Russia. Moreover, Ukraine tried to cover up the traces of its involvement.

Igor Korotchenko, military expert: "Let me remind you that Dnepropetrovsk's air traffic controllers disappeared. They changed the plane's initial course; its initial flight plan was changed for unknown reasons, directing the plane through the area where Ukrainian BUKs were deployed at the time of the crash".

"If the International Commission of Inquiry is really interested in finding the true culprits behind the flight MH17 tragedy which occurred in the skies over Ukraine, its representatives should first of all rely on facts and eyewitness testimony in their statements, not on fakes from Bellingcat or the Security Service of Ukraine".

Moreover, there is data from US surveillance satellites, which see everything. That data hasn't been made public. This fact indicates only one thing: Washington has irrefutable proof that Ukraine is behind this catastrophe.
