This concerns monuments to Red Army soldiers, and memorials in military cemeteries. Apart from that, vandals are a constant threat there. The military says that the number of destroyed monuments in Poland is most likely understated.
The Ministry of Defense staff plans to perform an inspection in the near future, in order to find out what's really happening.
