A second tanker with Russian liquefied natural gas is already being prepared for shipment to the US. According to Bloomberg, the vessel is to take fuel from the French Dunkirk, where the gas was delivered earlier, and in mid-February, it’s expected in New England.

On the East coast of the States, there’s now a shortage of gas due to an inadequate supply of shale fuel from other parts of the country, and this happens during the peak demand season.

So, the Americans are forced to buy gas from Russia. The first tanker with fuel is now in line to enter the Boston port.
