Gordey Belov: I just want to make it clear. The base in Ochakov isn't American.

Some minutes before our program started, Dvorkovich said again that those sanctions we're waiting for impatiently are a declaration of an economic war.

Andrei Klimov, Federal Council provisional commission chairman: I'd like to make it clear, that the economic war has lasted for a long time. It's, by the way, the fourth sanctions pack, not the first one. When our business representatives react this way, it means that they're fed up. But it doesn't mean that we're going to collapse, as many expect. We're just explaining…

However, I repeat that until we set the record straight there'll always be provocateurs who'll start the game.
