Kiev Labels Breakaway Republics "Aggressors" - Makes it Easier to Plan War on Them in Future

On Thursday, the Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine adopted a law on Donbass, which repeals the Minsk agreements and the very mechanism of negotiations. This represents a new reality which shows all the signs of the war that Kiev needs so much. The law eliminates the former name, "the antiterrorist operation." What’s going to happen now will be called "the military operation", that is, there are no more terrorists. But there are "armed formations of the Russian Federation" in the law, which no one yet found in Ukraine. Now, they’ll be at least on paper. That’s how it is.
But Kiev gives the go-by to its citizens in Donbass, their will, interests, the very fact of their existence. The so-called "joint operational headquarters" is being created for the "military operation." Poroshenko himself will command it. He, bypassing the Constitution of Ukraine, gets the authority to use troops to suppress the protests of the population throughout Ukraine. This will be useful in case of discontent with the war and aggravation of poverty.
While the unrecognized republics, DPR and LPR, used to be represented at the negotiations and used to be de facto a party to the Minsk agreements, and Germany, France, and Russia were the guarantors, under the new Ukrainian law, DPR and LPR are only the "occupation administrations", and Russia is the invader and aggressor. This way, it’s easier for Kiev to start the war. They can never recognize that Donbass didn’t accept the Nazi coup in Kiev. Even for practical reasons.
After all, if Russia is the "aggressor" and the "invader", then America can give lethal weapons free of charge. For now, these are the Javelin anti-tank missile systems, and then, it’ll be everything they need. This way, they can avoid paying for external debts. This way, they can cancel the upcoming election. This way, Poroshenko can stay in power endlessly, like in his dreams.
